Velvet is invite-only — once it's installed, you'll need an invite code from Stephen to get in.
iOS is live on the App Store. Android's still in Google Play closed testing — tap the Play badge for install steps below.
Had Velvet before through Google Play's internal testing link? Leave that program first — Google won't let the same account test both, so the steps below won't work until you do. Play Store → your profile picture → Manage apps & device → find Velvet's internal-testing listing → leave it (or reopen the original invite email and tap "Leave the program").
Just reply to the message I sent you with this link. That's it — I add testers by hand, so I only need the address.

Send the Gmail address your phone's Play Store is signed into — not a work or secondary account, or Play won't recognize you as a tester.

Opt in below, then install from the Google Play page that opens.
This only works once I've confirmed you're added — before that, Play shows nothing, which just means it's not your turn yet, not that anything's broken.
